Being properly adjusted in your first couple of months of any yoga, by a very focused, highly qualified instructor, is one of the most important ways to help your health & continued growth.
More often than not, yoga instructors neglect to make adjustments of their students’ poses. The result is poor form, obstructed flow, & bad habits. Without the necessary adjustments, yoga students today are also subject to injury, something that used to be unheard of in yoga practice.
